Refund policy
We understand that everyone's preferences are different and we fully support the customer's choice to request a refund. We have a 30-day return policy, so as long as you request a return within 30 days of receiving your product, you're in the return window!
Starting a Return: To be eligible for a return, have your receipt or proof of purchase/order ID handy. To start a return, you can contact us at returns@helloamber.co with this info.
Returning Products: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back to us without going through the proper return process will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We can't accept returns on gift cards. 😔
Exchanges
Sometimes a different product may be right for you; the fastest way to exchange your current product for the one you like is to process the return, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We'll notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Though we may process it quickly, your bank or credit card company have their own timeline for processing and posting the refund as well. Their timeline is out of our hands.
