Mondays Are Ruled By The Moon & Meant To Be Slow
🌝 There’s a reason it’s *hard* to get started on Mondays and we always feel so tired/moody.
𝘋𝘪𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘦𝘳, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘔𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘔𝘰𝘰𝘯?
The moon is associated with emotions, nurturing, ebbs and flows.
That means Monday is actually a 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝘆 for taking care of yourself, setting an energetic tone for the week, being s l o w and having a looser schedule.
𝘎𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 to do (and not do) on Mondays to harness the moon’s energy:
🛁 Start your day off with a bath (our Sunset Soak Bath Bombs can work wonders)... and if you don’t have time, a hot shower with music will do the trick.
📝 Before you pick up your phone and look at all your Monday emails, spend a few moments journaling. This can help you get centered and go inwards for a bit before the barrage of life and technology hits you.
🚫 Monday isn’t the best day for starting something if you want it to continue/work/be permanent.
🍜The moon has influence over your body, so be mindful of what you’re eating — nutritious foods are best.
😴Don’t be too ambitious - tackle what you need to but don’t stack on tasks..that’s for Tuesday (Mars Day) 😉
