Shipping 📦
Processing Times: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note, we're doing our best to ship out as fast as possible, but we may experience slight delays with COVID-19.
Orders are shipped on business days and will not be shipped on weekends/holidays.
If we foresee a significant delay in shipping we'll contact you via email.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates and time-frames are determined at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over $60. Other shipping promotions may be announced via email.
Shipping Areas: hello amber ships to physical street addresses and PO boxes within all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, where legal.
This excludes Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, and North Dakota for all products, and Maine, New York, North Carolina and Idaho for gummies at this time. Hopefully that will change soon. 😔
We are not liable for any products that are lost during shipping. Please confirm that your shipping address is correct when submitting the order, or contact us immediately if there's an error you need to correct. This guarantees your goods will get to you and not someone else!
Refunds / Returns
Returns & Refunds: We have a 30 day return policy on all products. For details on the return & refund process, please check out our refund policy page.
Damages: All shipments are inspected prior to being shipped out. Upon delivery of your order, give it a thorough once-over to ensure it hasn't been damaged during shipping. If you notice damages to the products, email support@helloamber.co within 48 hours with your order information, description of the damages, and pictures of the damaged product.
Our products have no claims for specific health benefits. When you decide to purchase hello amber products, do so based upon your own research and opinions about CBD and the promoted benefits.
